Do you know Jesus? Are you Saved? If you died today where would you spend Eternity? These are some very important questions. We hope that by the time you leave this site today that you can answer these questions with the right answer. The answers that yes, I do know Jesus, yes, I am Saved, and yes, I will spend Eternity in Heaven. What does being Saved mean? Being Saved is exactly what it says. Being Saved from a Devils Hell. If you do not receive Jesus as your personal Savior, you will, not maybe or might, but you will spend Eternity in Hell. The next few Bible Verses will help you understand what it means to be Saved. It will also explain why Jesus had to die so that you could be Saved. Romans 3:23 - For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God... We are all born in sin. The world is full of it. Therefore it is inevitable that we sin. God realized this and realized He had to make a way for us to get Forgiveness for these sins. Romans 6:23a - For the wages of sin is death... Because we are born in sin, and live in sin, if we do not accept Jesus as our Lord and Savior, we will die in sin. Therefore is we do not ask Forgiveness for our sins, then the result of our sin is death. Romans 6:23b - ...but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. All we have to do to is accept Jesus as our Savior, and we shall have life eternal. This doesn't mean we will live down here on earth forever. It means when we die an earthly death we are being given or born into a Heavenly Kingdom forever, throughout Eternity. Otherwise we would spend Eternity in the Lake of Fire. Revelation 21:8 - But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murders, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone:... All of us have done at least one or two of the sins mentioned in the above verse. But, we can be Forgiven for these sins by asking Jesus into our hearts. Romans 5:8 - ...while we were yet sinners Christ died for us. The only way God could make a way for us was to send down His only Son to die for us so that we could ask Forgiveness through the Blood of the Lamb. Jesus was the Lamb. Without his willful death we would be forevermore sentenced to an Eternity in Hell. Romans 10:13 - For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be Saved. If we cry out to Jesus to come into our heart and ask for His Forgiveness, we will be released from our sentence of Eternity in Hell. Romans 10:9 - That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be Saved. We will be given a new life, a fresh start, and an Eternity in Heaven. Our sins will be cast into the deepest parts of the sea never to be remembered. They are forgotten, they are FORGIVEN. Romans 12:1&2 - I beseech you therefore brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, Holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. Once we are Saved, we should change with the help of our Lord, to be more like him. We will never be perfect, Jesus was the only perfect person to walk this earth. But, we should strive to be more like him. He died, to Save us, DIED, gave His life, so that I would not have to go to Hell. The least we can do after we are Saved is to advance His Kingdom, through, prayer, witness, and a Godly daily walk representative of Him. Remember to not accept God, is to accept the Devil...FOREVER! Now if you have read all of this, understand what you have read, and are ready to make an eternal decision, then pray this prayer. Lord, Forgive me for I am a sinner. I know that You sent Your Son Jesus to die and he rose on the third day, so that I wouldn't have to experience Hell. I realize I was born into sin, born into a sin filled world, and without Your help would die in sin. Therefore, I am asking that You Forgive me for all the wrongs that I have done. I confess each one of my sins to You, they are so many I cannot remember them, but I know You can, so Lord Forgive me. I now want to go out into this world as a light to Your Kingdom, therefore guide my steps, my actions, and my tongue that they all be representative to You. In Jesus name I pray, A-Men. If you have read these verses, prayed this prayer, and accepted Jesus into your heart you are now Saved. Your Eternity has been sealed. You are now A Child Of The King. |
